We are open to the public Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 12pm and 2:30pm to 6:30pm. We would also be happy to show you around, schedule an interview for your dog, or have you drop off your pet on Saturday by appointment for a parent’s day out.
We strictly adhere to the hours to enable our staff, who are also exhausted after a fun-filled day with the pets, to plan accordingly. We are closed from 12 - 2:30 pm daily so the dogs can get a much-needed rest without people or other dogs coming and going - we all know how easily dogs are stimulated!
We are located at 228 Bridge Street, just across from BJ’s Wholesale Club in East Syracuse, and next door to Boats Unlimited. We are a “bones” throw away from the 690 and Bridge Street interchange and are easily accessible. You can also call us at 315-437-7110 for any additional information.
