Wash 'n Go Rules

To ensure a CALM, CLEAN, FUN and SAFE environment for you and your pets, we ask that you follow these simple rules!

1. Take Control

  • Dogs must be controlled by an adult at ALL times
  • Do not leave pets unattended
  • Children must be supervised at all times by an adult
  • Children 16yrs old and younger must be attended by and under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult
  • Don't forget to ask before petting a strangers dog
  • Keep a close eye on your pets while browsing the store – items damaged by chewing, leg lifting, etc. are considered an "instant purchase," and they will be added to your bill at check-out

2. Be Prepared

  • For health and safety reasons, dogs must be current with their vaccinations such as: Rabies, DHLP, Parvo and Bordetella. If you are not a current daycare customer you will need to provide proof of shots for your first visit. If you chose to opt out of these vaccinations for your pet due to medical reasons, please let us know ahead of time and we will work with you. Click here to find out why K-9 Kamp requires vaccinations »
  • Aggressive and/or disruptive dogs may be asked to leave at management's discretion
  • We are a Flea Free Zone! If your dog has fleas, might have fleas or you think they might have fleas, come see us before you bring in your friend. We want to make sure your dog gets the right treatment and quickly so he gets the relief he needs at the same time minimizing his contact with other pets!

3. Ask for Help - Accidents Happen

  • Make a Mess? Just let us know immediately and we will clean it up
  • Don't forget that Wet Floors are Slippery! Always wear appropriate footwear
  • Flip-flops can be dangerous

Wash 'n Go Instructions

Self Serve – You Wash (Bathing Process Steps)

We provide all the tools you need to make your dog "look and smell Great!"

  1. Grab a waterproof apron and load your dog into the tub of your choice
  2. Once the dog is loaded, safely hook the dog into the tub
  3. Begin by removing excess hair using brushes and combs (We suggest brushing your dog prior to coming because it can be a lengthy process)
  4. Now it's time for the water – Make sure the GREEN rinse button is pressed in on the nozzle – Be sure to test the temperature before wetting down the dog with warm water
  5. Once the dog is wet, select the number (Either 123 or 4) that corresponds to the shampoo/conditioner you would like to use
  6. Next press in the RED bathe button and the diluted shampoo will begin to flow – If you select a different shampoo/conditioner than the one used prior, make sure you flush out the hose until your selection is diluted through
  7. Begin massaging the shampoo into the dog until you feel it's clean
  8. Rinse the shampoo completely (Press in the GREEN rinse button)
  9. You may now repeat the process with a conditioner
  10. Once all shampoo and/or conditioner is rinsed, towel-dry as much as possible
  11. You may now clean the dogs ears with the solution and cotton-balls we have supplied for you
  12. At this point it is time to use the dryer! Don't worry, some dogs are not fond of the dryer and we will help you with this process if you like. The dryer is a forced-air, low-temp dryer that is safe for your pet
  13. Last – Your choice of 4 doggie colognes
